We are looking for casual staff to work in the evenings, predominantly Monday to Thursday between 5-10pm and the occasional Saturday.
Ko tāuake mahi | What you will be doing
- Set up and pack down of meeting spaces for events
- Setting up AV equipment, virtual meetings and troubleshooting issues
- Supporting meeting organisers to ensure a successful meeting
- Printing and collating event materials
- Responding to internal and external enquiries
- Ensuring health and safety and security policies are adhered to
The location for this role is Pegasus Health
Corporate offices. You may also be asked to work at external events in various
locations around Christchurch.

The skills and competencies we are looking
for are:
- Minimum of NZCEA 2 or equivalent
- Experience with Office 365 suite
- Experience with virtual meetings (preferably Zoom and Teams)
- Event experience (although full training will be provided)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
To be successful in this role, you’ll have an understanding of (or active interest in) and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and biculturalism.
